Ordering and the terms and conditions of sale
Our e-shop allows you to shop comfortably and easily without leaving your home. Please click on the desired product to add it to your shopping cart. You can add more than one product to the shopping cart at a time. After adding the products to the shopping cart, please confirm your order and proceed to payment.
You can pay for D’DIFFERENCE products via a bank link, using a credit card or PayPal service.
The seller of the products, AS Chemi-Pharm (the Seller), guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of the users of the website and does not sell/transfer/mediate the personal data and contact details of the users to third parties, unless the user has given his or her written consent (for example, for publishing the names of the winners of a campaign).
The Seller cooperates with EveryPay AS to ensure secure payment options for the orders of the online store.
Payment via a bank link:
If you choose a bank link as the payment method, please click on a bank link (Swedbank, SEB, COOP, Luminor, LHV) after confirming your order. Then, a window opens with the payment order. After confirming the payment, leave the online bank by clicking on the button ‘Return to the merchant’

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
AS Chemi-Pharm (registry code 10140819, address Harju maakond, Saku vald, Tänassilma küla, 76406, Tänassilma tee 11), hereinafter the Seller, and the person ordering the goods, hereinafter the Buyer, conclude a contract in the following:
- General provisions
1.1. The Seller sells and the Buyer buys cosmetic products D’DIFFERENCE and D’DIFFERENCE For Men, hereinafter the Goods, in accordance with the order(s) placed by the Buyer.
1.2. The Buyer places the order in the online store at www.ddifference.com in accordance with the ordering instructions.
1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he or she is aware of the possible consequences of using natural cosmetics, as natural ingredients may in certain cases cause allergic skin reactions. The Buyer is also aware that expired Goods and/or Goods stored under improper storage conditions and/or failure to comply with the instructions for use of the Goods may lead to undesirable consequences for the Buyer.
2.1. The prices are in euros and include VAT. The Seller has the right to change the prices of the Goods at any time. If the Seller changes the prices in the online shop after the Buyer placed and paid for the order, the Seller must deliver the Goods at the prices valid at the time of placing the order. The Buyer is not entitled to claim compensation for the price difference.
2.2. The product images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
3.1. The Buyer pays for the Goods and for the dispatch of the Goods in advance to the bank account of the Seller via a bank link, by a bank card, or by bank transfer based on the order confirmation.
3.2. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Buyer must pay to the bank account indicated in the order confirmation within three 3 (three) working days of placing the order.
- Delivery of the Goods
4.1. The Seller must fulfill the order and ensure the delivery of the Goods in stock to the Buyer within three 3 (three) working days of the receipt of the funds in the bank account of the Seller. If the Goods are out of stock, the Seller will contact the Buyer and offer a possible new delivery time or the replacement of the Goods with Goods of at least equivalent price and quality or will refund the Buyer.
4.2. The Goods will be shipped to the Buyer within the European Union based on the delivery choice of the Buyer by DHL Express Worldwide.
4.3. Shipment is free of charge for orders above €100, except when using a promotional code.
If the value of the Goods is less than 100€, then the shipping cost is:
- calculated at a fixed rate of €15 within the European Union.
- If the country is outside the European Union, the price will be calculated using the price calculator on the website. The prices include VAT. Import fees may apply.
4.4. Outside the European Union, the Goods are shipped by a DHL Worldwide courier according to the price lists of the service provider.
4.5. The Seller reserves the right to change the shipping costs according to changes in the price lists of the DHL Express courier.
4.6. The delivery time is 3–5 working days from the time the Goods reach the courier.
- Sales guarantee
5.1. The ordered Goods meet the quality requirements and correspond to the order placed by the Buyer. The Seller will be liable for any non-conformity of the Goods with the quality requirements that becomes apparent during the shelf life of the Goods as specified by the manufacturer.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to request the replacement of the Goods when discovering defects in the Goods.
5.3. All defects in the Goods are covered by a sales warranty, except for defects caused by the Buyer, i.e. if the Buyer has violated the conditions of use and storage of the Goods and if the original packaging of the Goods is not attached to the claim.
5.4. Possible claims regarding the non-conformity of the Goods with the quality requirements must be submitted to the Seller immediately after receiving the Goods, but not later than within 10 (ten) days, by email at [email protected].
5.5. In order to resolve the claim, the Buyer must provide the original packaging of the Goods, a description of the problem, and the contact details of the Buyer (first name, last name, contact telephone, email). The Buyer may send the Goods that are the basis for this claim to the address of the seller as a registered shipment: AS Chemi-Pharm, Tänassilma tee 11, Saku vald 76406, Harjumaa, Eesti.
5.6. The Seller orders an expert examination of the Goods on the basis of the complaint and if the examination reveals that the Goods are defective, the Buyer will have the right to receive a replacement free of charge. No money will be refunded for a defective product. If the expert examination reveals that the Goods were not defective, but the conditions of use and storage were violated during the use of the Goods, the Seller is not obliged to replace the Goods free of charge and the Buyer must pay the costs of the expert examination. The Buyer must bear the costs of returning the Goods.
- Withdrawal from the contract before the Seller has fulfilled the order
6.1. If the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract after placing an order, before the order has been fulfilled by the Seller, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller. A written notification must be sent to the email address [email protected], indicating the date of the order, the order number, and the contact details of the Buyer (first name, surname, contact telephone).
6.2. If the request for withdrawal reaches the Seller after the Seller has performed the contract, the withdrawal will be effected in accordance with clause 7 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6.3. In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller must refund the amount paid for the Goods to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days at the latest from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller to the bank account indicated by the Buyer.
- Right of return and exchange
7.1. If, for any reason, the Buyer wishes to return or exchange the Goods, he or she may do so within 14 days of receiving the Goods. The 14-day right of return applies to unopened Goods.
7.2. In order to return the Goods, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by email at [email protected]. The written notification must include the date of the order, the order number, and the contact details of the Buyer (first name, last name, telephone number, email).
7.3. In the case of returning Goods, the Seller must refund the amount paid for the Goods to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days at the latest from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller to the bank account indicated by the Buyer.
- Processing of personal data
8.1. The Buyer gives clear and informed consent to the Seller to process his or her personal data. The personal data submitted by the Buyer when placing the order is entered in the customer register of the Seller and used for the provision of the sales service and for offering Goods to the Buyer.
8.2. The protection of personal data is ensured by security measures. Personal data necessary for the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer is transmitted to the companies providing the postal service. The Seller must refrain from disclosing registered personal data to unauthorised persons, except in instances provided by law.
8.3. The communication between the bank and the Buyer is protected by the SSL security protocol, which ensures that the information exchanged cannot be intercepted or altered by unauthorised persons. The information exchange between the bank and Seller is provided with digital signatures.
- Final provisions
9.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Buyer and the Seller are guided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating the relations between the parties.
9.2. The parties resolve any disagreements or disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions primarily through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, both the Buyer and the Seller have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or a court to defend their rights.
9.3 Disputes can also be settled out of court in a pan-European online environment at http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
For customers inside EU region prices include Estonian VAT (20%).
For customers in Canada prices are without taxes and your local taxes and customs fees may apply.
Goods are shipped to the EU member countries and to Canada.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
All shipments are expected to arrive within 3-5 calendar days.
We have the right to ship goods in up to 14 calendar days in exceptional cases.
The shipping cost is 7.99 € via DHL Express Courier. For orders over 80€ shipping cost does not apply.
Right of withdrawal
After placing the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days.
To cancel your order, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal (in free form) to the e-mail address [email protected] within 14 days after making the order.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to: [email protected] .
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
